Cameron and Moira Thomson first became interested in what has now developed into SEER Rockdust when, as organic gardeners living near Dundee, they heard a Radio 4 Broadcast reviewing a book called “The Survival of Civilization” by John Hamaker and Don Weaver.
They went on to develop The SEER Centre Trust Charity, Scottish Charity No. SC 037139 and moved to what is now the SEER Centre 8 miles up on the Moulin Moors behind Pitlochry in Perthshire. What they have succeeded in producing in these often inhospitable growing conditions has confounded growers and scientists alike.
Another Radio 4 Broadcast was also recorded at the SEER Centre in 2004 and can be played again here.
If you are looking for speakers, Cameron and Moira Thomson provide an excellent lecture on their lives work.
